How to Add APKTime to Your Amazon Fire Stick

How to Install APKTime on Your Fire Stick

Apps from Unknown Sources

To enable apps from unknown sources, follow these steps:

1. Turn on your Fire Stick and connect it to your TV.
2. Open Settings.
3. From the Settings menu, open My Fire TV menu.
4. Find and select Developer Options.
5. Navigate to the Apps from Unknown Sources menu and select it.
6. Choose Turn On in the pop-up window.

When you’ve enabled these apps, you can download APKTime with downloader app or ES file explorer.

Installing APKTime

To install APKTime, do the following:

1. On your Fire Stick remote control, find the home button and click.
2. Navigate to the Search field in the top left corner of your screen.
3. Type in downloader and wait for the app to show in search results.
4. Click on the app name and then click on Dowload.

When the installation is complete, open the Downloader. You can do this either by clicking on the Open button, if you’ve stayed in the same window where you downloaded the app, or by going back to your home screen.

If you’ve left the downloading window, here’s how you can open the Downloader app from your home screen.

1. Click on Your Apps & Channels.
2. Click on See All.
3. Select Downloader to open it.

When opening the Downloader app for the first time, it may ask for your permission to access your Fire TV. It’s safe to click Accept to continue with the installation.

Your next step is to enable Javascript.

1. Go to Settings – the menu on the left side of your screen.
2. Click on the box next to the Enable Javascript option to check it.
3. Click Yes in the pop-up window to confirm.

To find APKTime in the Downloader app:

1. Select Browser from the menu on the left.
2. Type in the following URL in the search field: https://apktime.com/apps/ and click on GO.
3. A downloading link will appear so click to start.
4. Once the app is downloaded, click on Install to complete the process.
5. When the installation is done, click on the Open button to launch the APKTime app.

ES File Explorer

This app is similar to the Downloader app, but has one additional feature: you can use it to organize the files on your Fire Stick. If you want to use this app instead of the Downloader, the process is similar. When you download it, select it from Your Apps & Channels and open it.

1. There’s a +New button at the bottom of the app’s home screen.
2. From the Type menu, choose HTTPS (WEB) and type the APKTime URL from above in the Path field.
3. Click on the APKTime file to download and install it.
4. When the installation is finished, click OPEN to launch the APKTime app.
