From there, you will be able to see exactly which updates are available for you to download. In both the Console and Games & Apps tabs, you will find the Keep My Console Up to Date checkbox. Simply check both checkboxes and your work is done.

How to Manually Update Your Xbox One Software?

You can update your entire software by doing everything manually. Here is how you can do that in just a few simple steps:

1. Access the Guide by pressing the Xbox button
2. Navigate to the Gear icon
3. Select System
4. Choose Settings (some versions don’t have this option so just skip to the next step)
5. Click on “Updates” or “Console info & updates”

After that, you will be able to see all of the updates on the left side of the screen. To update your game, simply go through all of the available updates and click on the one that’s meant for your game. This will only update the specific game or app that you have selected.

Of course, if you want to update your entire Xbox One software, you will have to go through all available updates and update them manually, one by one.

By clicking on Latest Console Update Status, you will be prompted with the date when you last updated your software and other additional information regarding your Updates setup.
