How To Check Wins and Stats in Apex Legends

If you have been playing for a while, you may be wondering how to check your wins and stats in Apex Legends. How many kills have you racked up? How many wins? How many revives have you performed? All these stats can be incredibly important to some players so I’m going to show you how to check your wins and stats in Apex Legends.

The game doesn’t make it obvious where you can find your kill ratio, games won, hits and all the stats we like to see in a game. That is unusual given how important those stats are for some people but I think Respawn wanted us to concentrate more on playing and having fun than studying stats.

You can see stats like kills and wins for each character and you can see those of your teammates and Champions listed on their character card during loading. Otherwise, there is no leaderboard, no stats sheet and nothing to tell you how many kills you have overall. All stats within Apex Legends are split by character.

Accessing wins and stats in Apex Legends

To see what your stats are in Apex Legends you need to look at each Legend in turn. You can see their kills, damage dealt, time spent void walking, times you used special abilities and so on from there. If you want to find out a kill total, you will have to select each character in turn and count them. The same for any stats.

Tracking match wins is slightly different. You can track wins but only wins completed with a full team count for some reason. So if a teammate gets wiped out before you can revive them and you go on to win, it won’t count in your stats. This is a curious setup but for now, it is what it is.

To see your stats, do this:

  1. Select Legend from the main game window and select a character.
  2. Select the Banners tab and select Tracker 1, Tracker 2 and Tracker 3.
  3. Look through your stats in the center window.

Individual stats are all tracked here. You should see kills, headshots, finishers and all kinds of data. To get an overall picture of how you are performing, you will need to count stats from each individual character and do a little math.

Displaying your wins and stats in Apex Legends

You can also display some of your stats on your character card. Not all stats are available from the off. You have to unlock certain stats with crafting materials or Apex Packs. Only then can you display them on your character as the game loads. It’s another strange choice by the developers but a minor annoyance for most players.

Unlocks cost 30 Crafting Materials each, so all of them will total 1380 Crafting Materials. Given how few are given out during the average match, it will take a while to unlock all of them!

Not all trackers are selectable to begin with. Tracker 1 should be available from the beginning with the other two being unlocked as you progress in the game. You can see your kills and other stats and choose those you display on your profile card that other players get to see.

From the Banner window, you will see that Tracker 1 is likely the only option unlocked. You will need to manually unlock Tracker 2 and Tracker 3 with Crafting Materials to show them. Once unlocked, you can select what you want to track in each by selecting the corresponding stat in the center box. Select one and it will appear on your profile card on the right. You can mix and match these stats as you see fit.

As far as I know, there are no plans to change this system. There is also no API I know of that will allow third-party websites to track your stats like there are for other games. While stats are important to some players, they are not important to the game. The design intent seems to be about getting you playing, interacting with your team and having fun. Stats are available but far from a central aspect of the game.

Personally, I think it is better for this. I am all about the enjoyment than the bragging rights and even when I (rarely) make it to the end, I would rather load up and go again that look at the numbers.

Do you think this style of stat management works for or against Apex Legends? Do you like the system or hate it? What would you change about it? Tell us your thoughts below!

Needs to be updated….on main screen just move cursor over your current lvl (or your party mates and it’ll say view stats.
