If you don’t have access to the power button you will need to go to the Applications icon and navigate to the play store. Here you will find a “Search” Box that you will need to type in “button Savior” and download this application to your phone.

If you can’t get to the play store or the application won’t download you can go to the Button Savior webpage. Install the application once enabling the debugging mode.

If you know how to use the debugging mode you can find Button Savior on the web and use the “kill or Start savior button service”. This will open a screen that on the right of it has a tiny arrow you can select. This allows you to convert it into icons when you tap and hold the power button. If you select the power off option you will then be able to power off your phone. You should now be able to turn off your Samsung Galaxy S9 or Galaxy S9 Plus smartphone.
