For those that own a Samsung Galaxy S7, you may be having with a problem that the Google Play Store won’t open. This can be a major problem, especially if you want to download specific apps and want to know how to open Google Play store on the Galaxy S7. Some have reported that the Google Play Store closes automatically and a message saying  “Google Play services has stopped ” shows up. Don’t worry, below we’ll explain how you can quickly fix the problem that Play Store wont open on the Samsung Galaxy S7.

 

Fix Google Play Store Won’t Open On Samsung Galaxy S7

The first thing you need to do is go the home screen of your Galaxy S7 and open the App menu. Once there, select on Settings and choose “Application Manager.” Next to open the Play Store, you need to browse for the “All” tab and look for the “Google Play Store”. Once you’ve opened the Google Play Store’s settings, follow the steps below to reset the Google Play Store and be able to open Google Play Store.

  1. Stop Force
  2. Clear data
  3. Clear cache
  4. Uninstall Updates

 

After you follow the steps above, you need to press and hold the power button and select on “Reset” to restart your Samsung Galaxy S7. After your Galaxy S7 has been restarted, go back and open the Google Play Store and it should work perfectly without any more problems.
