If you see that there is less than 45 MB of RAM, this is probably the reason why your Wi-Fi won’t turn on.

To fix this, make sure that you have as few apps working in the background as possible. You can also download a third-party RAM manager from the Play Store and use it to make sure that your phone is always using the optimal amount of RAM.

Power Saving or Airplane Mode Is On

Sometimes when the Power Saving mode is on, Wi-Fi isn’t able to turn on. To make sure this isn’t the case, you need to check if the Power Saving mode is on and switch it off if needed.

Another possible reason is that the Airplane Mode is on. Once you turn it on, all of the network services, including Wi-Fi, are turned off by default. Make sure that the Airplane Mode is off- If it isn’t, turn it off and reset your Wi-Fi (turn it off and then turn it back on after a few seconds) to see if this fixes the issue.

There’s an IP conflict

An IP conflict happens when there are too many devices connected to the same network. Since each device has its own IP address, some of them might start scrambling the connection of others, which might be the reason why your Wi-Fi isn’t working.

To solve this issue, disconnect all the devices that are connected to your home network. Turn off your router and leave it off for around a minute, then turn it back on and try connecting to the network.
