If you’re on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, swipe down from the top of your screen to access the Quick Settings menu. If the Flight Mode icon is blue, that means that the feature is turned on. After you tap on it, the icon should turn gray, confirming that you’ve successfully disabled it.

Tip 3 – Check Your Wifi Connection

From the Home screen, tap on Apps and then Settings. After that, tap on “Wi-Fi” to check if you have accidentally switched the connection off. If so, switch the toggle on to see the list of available Wifi networks and tap on your home network to connect to it.

If your Wifi connection is on but you can’t access the internet, try turning it off and then back on to see if it will fix the problem. Also, make sure that your phone is connected to your home network and not some slow open network that happens to be within reach.

Finally, if everything in the Wifi Settings menu looks okay but you’re still not getting any signal, try forgetting your default home network. Simply tap on it and then tap on Forget in the pop-up window. After this, let your phone detect your home Wifi and then connect to it.

Tip 4 – Reset Network Settings

In case the problems with the connection persist, you can reset your phone’s network settings to factory default. Go back to the Settings menu (Home screen > Apps > Settings), scroll down the page, and tap on Backup and Reset. On the next page, scroll down to the Reset section and tap on Reset Network Settings. Now tap on the Reset Settings button to confirm. Your Wifi should be working properly after this.

I’ve done a factory reset, may wifi and blue tooth still not working. when you click on them, nothing happens. It tried another phone to check the wifi connection, no problem
