Factory Reset Device

  2. Select Backup and Reset.
  3. Then choose Factory Data reset.

 
Update Android Software

  3. Select Software update.
  4. Choose check for update.

Adjust Network Settings

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select Wireless and Networks.
  3. Select Mobile Networks.
  4. Select Network Operators.
  5. Select mobile network to manually.
  6. Restart the smartphone.

Modify Settings

  1. Go to the dial pad.
  2. Now dial (*#*#4636#*#*).
  3. Select click phone/device information.
  4. Select Run ping test.
  5. Select GSM Auto (PRL) from the list.
  6. Tap on Click Turn off radio.
