Some have reported of a Samsung Galaxy J5 camera flash problem, which is that it doesn’t completely turn off the camera flash once the Galaxy J5 turns off. It’s been suggested the Samsung is working on a firmware update to fix this issue, but in the mean time, there is another way to turn off the camera flash on the Galaxy J5. The best way to fix the Galaxy J5 camera problem is to remove the battery.
If the camera flash on the Galaxy J5 is not turned off, then this will have a negative effect on battery life of the Galaxy J5. The reason for this is because the flash will obviously drain the battery faster than normal.
It’s not clear at this time how many users are affected by this particular Galaxy J5 problem, especially since the device isn’t yet widely available.
