For those that own a Samsung Galaxy J3, you may want to know how to hide photos on your Galaxy J3. The good news is that you can use Private Mode to hide photos without anyone seeing them. This can be done with needing to download any third-party apps. There are several different ways to use Private Mode on the Samsung Galaxy J3, which will allow you to hide photos/pictures and videos.
The way others can’t see your photos and pictures is by going into Private Mode which requires a password or unlock pattern. The following is a guide on how to set up Private Mode on Galaxy J3 to hide photos.
 
How to add and remove files from Private Mode on the Galaxy J3
Private Mode supports several different media types including photos and videos. Follow these steps to add supported files to Private Mode:

  1. Turn Private Mode On.
  2. Go to the photo or file that you want to hide and only make viewable in Private Mode.
  3. Select the file (s) and then select on the Overflow menu button in the upper right.
  4. Select on Move to Private.

 
How to enable Private Mode on Samsung Galaxy J3

  1. Using two fingers from the top of the screen, swipe down to find a list of options.
  2. From the list of options, select Private Mode.
  3. After you enter Private Mode for the first time, a quick walkthrough will be given and you’ll need to enter a pin code. (The Pin Code will be required every time you enter Private Mode)

 
How to disable Private Mode on Samsung Galaxy J3

  1. Using two fingers from the top of the screen, swipe down to find a list of options.
  2. From the list of options, select Private Mode.
  3. Now the Galaxy J3 should go back to normal mode.
