How to turn on Magnifier on iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus

Turn on your iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus.
Open the Settings app.
Select on General.
Tap on Accessibility.
Choose on Magnifier.
Change the Magnifier toggle to ON.

How to use zoom out Magnifier

Turn on your iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus.
Triple press the home button; this will activate the Magnifying feature.
Then tap, hold and drag the sider to modify the magnification.
