Camera and Battery Life
The strongest features on the iPhone 6 models are the improved front and rear cameras and the battery life on the smartphone. In terms of megapixels of the cameras, the rear camera is at 8-mega pixels. Though the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus both feature an upgraded camera that has a new five-element lens and a wider aperture. This allows the iPhone 6 to focus faster when lining up a shot. The battery life on the iPhone 6 is now 11 hours from the previous 10 hours.
The iPhone 6, on the other hand, comes with the 16 GB option, a 64 GB option, and a 128 GB option. The iPhone 5s has two internal storage capacity options: 16 GB and 32 GB.
Without a two-year contract, the 16 GB model of the new 4.7-inch iPhone 6 costs $649, the 64 GB costs $749, and the 128 GB costs $849. The iPhone 5s, costs $549 for the 16 GB model and $599 for the 32 GB model.
With the increased iCloud features provided by Apple for a lower price, it can offset the smaller size of the internal storage on your iPhone. But if you really need the extra space, then the introduction of the 128GB option may be the best option for you.
Overall, for many the deciding factor comes down to the price and screen size. If you like the larger screen size and the price is not an issue, it’s recommend to upgrade the iPhone 6 over the iPhone 5s.
