Owners of the new Moto Z2 Play and Moto Z2 Force have been having issues with Bluetooth. Most users experience the Bluetooth issue when they attempt to connect their device to another device through Bluetooth.   I’ll explain below how to fix this issue on your Moto Z2 series.  

The main reason for Bluetooth issues on the Moto Z2 series is unknown. Yet, Motorola has not released any software update to fix this issue on their devices. Whenever you experience Bluetooth issues on your Moto Z2 series, the first thing you should try to do is to clear the cache.  The cache provides access and makes switching between apps easier by storing app data temporarily.   3. Press Settings
  4. Look for the App Manager
  5. Swipe in any direction to Display All tabs
  6. Tap on Bluetooth
  7. Look for the option to ‘stop it forcefully’ and select it
  8. You can now clear the cache
  9. Touch clear the Bluetooth data
  10. Touch  Ok
  11. To complete the process, restart your Moto Z2 series.
