  3. Your Samsung Galaxy S9 or Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus will be booted into Download mode
  4. You wouldn’t need these operations. Cancel them by clicking your volume button
  5. Your Samsung Galaxy S9 or Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus will turn on again once you cancel the operations

Now that you have turned on your Samsung Galaxy S9 or Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus without the use of a power button, how would you turn it off?
Turning your Samsung Galaxy S9 or Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus off without the use of the power button:

  1. First, go to the Applications option
  2. Then tap on the Play Store icon
  3. Search and select for Button Saviour
  4. Install and download the application once it appears after your search
  5. If the app cannot be found, you may directly download Button Savior on the web
  6. Once installed, run and open the application. Then, enable Debugging Mode
  7. Once the Debugging Mode has been enabled, open the application
  8. Tap on Kill/Start Button on the Savior Service
  9. On your Samsung Galaxy S9 or Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus screen, you will see a small arrow pop-up
  10. Select the option that will change icons
  11. Now, simultaneously click and hold the power button so that you can see additional options
  12. Turn your Samsung Galaxy S9 or Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus by simply choosing “Power off”

Even without the Power button, you can now turn your Samsung Galaxy S9 or Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus on and/or off.
