Can I Change My Phone Number Within the App?

You need to go through the 2-factor verification process to change details in your DoorDash account, but it’s possible to change your phone number if necessary.

If you’re accessing your account via the web, do the following:

2. In the top left corner, choose Menu.
3. Scroll down to find your account name.
4. Find the phone number field and edit it.

To text or call your Dasher, do the following:

1. Launch the DoorDash app on your phone.
2. Tap on Orders at the bottom.
3. Select your order to see your order status. If it says Heading to you, the driver is in their vehicle now. You will see in what time approximately they’ll be at your doorstep, as well as the map where you can track your order.
