Apple iOS 10 has some issues that iPhone and iPad users have been dealing with. One of the issues is that on iOS 10, the wallpaper keeps on zooming on their device. If use iOS 10 you can easily disable auto wallpaper size and zooming on iOS 10 for your iPhone 6s, iPhone 6, iPad Air, iPad Mini and other Apple devices running on iOS 10.

The reason why the wallpapers zoom in is because of Apple’s new motion and parallax feature. What parallax effect does is give your iPhone or iPad’s home screen a 3D look without actually being 3D. So when you move the screen around it looks like the apps or wallpaper is moving around So the wallpaper zooms in to have enough space to move around when you hold your device at different angles.   • iPhone 5s/5c/5 – 640×1136 pixels
  • iPhone 4s – 640×960 pixels
  • iPad Air / 2 – 1536×2048 pixels
  • iPad 4/3 – 1536×2048 pixels
  • iPad Mini 3/2 – 1536×2048 pixels
  • iPad Mini – 768×1024 pixels

How to Fix Wallpaper Zoom Feature on iOS 10 with Perspective Zoom Feature:

  1. Open the Settings app and go to Wallpaper.
  2. Select Choose a New Wallpaper.
  3. At the bottom of the Wallpaper Preview screen, you’ll find an option called Perspective Zoom. Select it to switch OFF the feature.
  4. Now search and open the wallpaper you want from either your Photos library or Apple’s galleryof wallpapers.
  5. Now set the wallpaper for either your Home screen, Lock screen or both.

 

After the above instructions have been completed your wallpaper will no longer be zoomed in and the parallax effect will be disabled which means that the objects on the screen will not move around when you hold your device at different angles.
