Once you locate the Deregister page, move to the bottom of the page and click on the option named “no longer have your iPhone?” A field will be provided below this option that you can type your details such as your region and phone number. After typing the details, select Send Code, and then type the code that was sent into the field named “enter confirmation code” and press submit.
