If you just got yourself the new Samsung Galaxy S9 or Galaxy S9 plus you may notice that some of your beloved apps are missing. A lot of users have complained they installed apps on their device which have disappeared from the Apps Launcher.
You should try to check the Google Play Store, this is where you can download all the apps for your phone. The most likely reason as to why your device is missing the icons is due to the TouchWiz launcher which will need the data cleared.
We have been informed that by doing the above, you can fix the icons missing on your Samsung Galaxy S9 or Galaxy S9 Plus, however, the problem with doing this is that your home screen is reset.
What this would mean is that your settings and other personalized feature are completely reset and brought back to factory settings.
So before you perform the step of clearing your TouchWiz Home data, you should be aware that by doing so you will manually have to rearrange everything. Using the steps we have listed below you can easily reset your TouchWiz Home Data.
