Now that both the Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge are available around the world, more people are realizing how impressive these new Samsung flagship smartphone are. But it seems like some have been having keyboard problems and not showing up on both the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge.

Generally this problem is seen when you open an app with the keyboard needing to be used on the Galaxy S6 or Galaxy S6 Edge. Once the app opens up, the keyboard does not show and is a problem for many. In most cases, the reason for this problem is because of a software bug on the Samsung keyboard app.

The following will help explain how to fix the keyboard not showing up on the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge.

 

How To Fix Keyboard Not Showing Up On Galaxy S6 And Galaxy S6 Edge

First, turn on the Samsung Galaxy S6 or Galaxy S6 Edge and go to the Menu. Then select on Settings, browse for Applications and then select on Application Manager.

Once you get into the Application Manager switch to the “All” tab and search for “Samsung keypad”. Then select on the Samsung Keyboard and select one of the following options:

  • Stop force
  • Clear the cache
  • Delete data

 

After you have selected one of the options above, then restart the Samsung Galaxy S6 or Galaxy S6 Edge for the changes to go into effect. After that, the Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge should start working again.
