First using a Mac, you should email the Apple symbol to yourself, and add that symbol to iOS Keyboard Shortcuts. Below is a step by step guide on how to add the Apple logo to your messages on your iPhone or iPad.

  1. Turn on your Mac computer.
  2. Open the Mail app, and compose a new email.
  3. Then add the Apple symbol to the email body by pressing the ‘Option’‘Shift’, and ‘K’keys together.
  4. Email the message with the Apple logo to yourself.
  5. Open the new email on your iPhone or iPad and copy the Apple symbol.
  6. Go to ‘Settings’ app and followed by General > Keyboard > Shortcuts.
  7. Select the ‘+’ symbol on the top right corner to add a new shortcut.
  8. In the ‘Phrase’ field, paste the Apple symbol, and type in a word or characters of your choice in the ‘Shortcut’ field.
  9. Select the ‘Save’ button on the top right.
