LG G5 Not Staying Connected To WiFi

Several owners of the new LG smartphone have said that the smartphone is having WiFi connection problems and that the LG G5 not staying connected to WiFI and change to data.   1. Turn on your smartphone.
  2. Turn on the mobile data connection.
  3. Next go to Menu.
  4. Tap on Settings.
  5. Tap on Wireless.
  6. Select the “Smart network switch” option.
  7. Uncheck this option to obtain a not so stable wireless connection of your LG G5 with the router still upright.
  8. Your smartphone will no longer automatically switch between Wi-Fi and the mobile internet.

  2. At the same time, hold the power off, volume up and the home button.
  3. Wait until the smartphone vibrates once and the recovery mode is started.
  4. Browse for the “wipe cache partition” option and start it.
  5. After a few minutes the process is complete and you can restart the LG G5 with “reboot system now”.
