  1. Turn on your smartphone.
  2. Turn on the mobile data connection.
  3. Next go to Menu.

  5. Tap on Wireless.
  6. Select the “Smart network switch” option.
  7. Uncheck this option to obtain a not so stable wireless connection of your LG G5 with the router still upright.
  8. Your smartphone will no longer automatically switch between Wi-Fi and the mobile internet.
