Samsung Galaxy S9 And Galaxy S9 Plus: How To Add Contact Image – Resolved

The Contacts App on your Samsung Galaxy S9 or S9 Plus is a very useful feature that can be personalized in many ways. One feature is being able to set up a ringtone for all the entries in your Smartphone’s agenda, including small profile pictures. This means when a contact with a picture calls, you will be able to see the picture on screen before picking up the call.
There is an easy way to add contact images that are very useful for noticing who’s calling from loved ones or even work colleagues! To add a contact image follow the guide below:

How To Add Contact Image On Samsung Galaxy S9 And Galaxy S9 Plus:

  1. To begin with, navigate to the Contacts App and launch it
  2. Find the contact you wish to edit
  3. Tap on the contact to bring up the details
  4. At the upper-right corner tap on the edit option
  5. When in the Edit mode for the contact, tap the round symbol with the camera in the centre
  6. This will prompt the camera app to launch
  7. Then tap the Gallery icon at the bottom right of the camera app
  8. Now browse through your images in the Gallery and select a photo to assign to the contact
  9. This will make the photo automatically be assigned. You can leave the menu or repeat the same steps to add a photo for another contact

When you add a photograph to a contact you are doing more than just adding the photo. The picture associates itself with that contact by default. This feature syncs with the phone and the contact apps, including the news app or VIP display. This feature also supports your car’s handsfree support.
