How To Get Galaxy S9 And Galaxy S9 Plus Out Of Kids Mode

Technology is a growing part of our lives for all ages, that is including kids especially with the new Samsung Galaxy S9 or Galaxy S9 Plus. The new phone can be used for pictures, documents and certain programmes that aren’t suitable for children. Samsung is aware of this which is why they make sure you can enable the feature to prevent your children from seeing unsuitable content.

The way it works is through a Pin which you must remember because if you don’t you will no longer be able to access your phone in the normal mode, not without damage important features or loss of data.

If you have forgotten your pin on your Samsung Galaxy S9 or Galaxy S9 Plus, then even after a reset the phone will remain in kids mode. Don’t worry though. Below we have written a quick tutorial on accessing your device if you have forgotten your pin.

How To Exit Samsung Galaxy s9 Kids Mode Without PIN

If you are in the situation where you have forgotten the PIN to get the phone out of kids mode then you may attempt to enter the pin 5 times. If you do a message will say “Forgot your Pin?” which should be tapped on when shown. When you have tapped the message you will be able to go back to normal mode without any notice. The next time you enter kids mode the phone will ask for a new PIN. It may not open for the second time. This is why you should remember the pin or write it down somewhere safe.

There is a way to get around the problem. Remove the PIN identification altogether on your Samsung Galaxy S9 or Galaxy S9 Plus. This will be most likely be a safe mode since your child will probably be playing games on the device.
