How to fix Touch Key light not working on HTC 10:

  1. Turn on the HTC 10
  2. Open the Menu page
  3. Go to Settings
  4. Select on “Quick Settings”
  5. Select on “Power Saving”
  6. Go to “Power Saving Mode”
  7. Then go to “Restrict Performance”
  8. Uncheck the box next to “Turn off touch key light”

 
 

Now the lighting of the two touch keys on the HTC 10 will be turned back on.
