How To Open Service Menu On Samsung Galaxy S7

If you own a Samsung Galaxy S7 or Galaxy S7 Edge, it’s great to open the Service Menu to fix any problems you may be having with your Samsung smartphone. This Service Menu is mainly used by professional service technicians to diagnose any Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge software problems. Below we’ll explain how you can open Service Menu on both the Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge.

How To Open On Service Menu On Galaxy S7 And S7 Edge:

  1. Turn on your Galaxy S7 or Galaxy S7 Edge.
  2. From the Home screen, select on the Phone app.
  3. Type “*#0*#” (without the quotation marks) on the Galaxy S7 dial pad.
  4. Once you are in the service mode screen, tap on “sensors” and do a self test.

After you follow the instructions above, you’ll see some different gray tiles. Each of these grey tiles means a different hardware test. Now if you want to exit the Service Menu, you just need to press twice on the back button.

The tiles that you’ll see will explain all of the important sensor data of your Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge. This includes the Accelerometer, gyroscope sensor, magnetic sensor, Barometer and etc.
