  1. Start by going to the Home Screen
  2. Then tap on the Apps Menu
  3. Find the Contacts Option
  4. Tap on Groups
  5. Now, Tap the create button
  6. From here you pick where you want to save the group. For example, you could pick a specific account or every account on your phone
  7. Then just type a name in the text box that says Group Name
  8. You can also choose a ringtone for the notifications or incoming calls made from the group
  9. You can add a contact by tapping on the Add Member option

  4. You will then need to Tap the More Button
  5. In the list of options tap the Delete button
  6. Finally, the next window will give you the options to delete the group alone or the group and all the members. The last option will remove all the contacts from your smartphone.

Adding a New Contact to a Group:

  1. Start by going to the Apps menu and then choosing the Contact button
  2. Now tap the Group button
  3. Tap where it says Edit
  4. One of the options labeled will be to add a member
  5. Tap it and then choose the contact you want to add
  6. Tap Done when you are ready
  7. Finally, save the changes by tapping on the save button

Sending a Message to a Group:

  1. You will need to start by opening the Contacts app
  2. Then go to Groups
  3. Next, choose the group with the member or members you want to message
  4. Choose the more option
  5. Then Send A message
  6. You will now need to choose all the people you want to send the message to
  7. When done, type your message
  8. Finally, just tap the Send button
