S Note App On Galaxy S9 And Galaxy S9 Plus

If you just got yourself one of the Samsung Galaxy S9 or Galaxy S9 Plus smartphones, then you may not be aware that the device comes with the Samsung S Note app pre-installed. What the app allows you to do is easily make notes on your Samsung Device. You can do this by typing or if you prefer handwriting, you may want to use the handwriting option for great convenience. What you can also do is sync your Samsung S note with the popular note-taking app called Evernote. To learn more about the S Note on your Samsung Device, just read the steps listed below.

How to Type or Draw Notes in Notes App

By default, you will have the Pen tool selected when you open up the S Note app. This means you can handwrite notes with either a stylus or if you don’t have a stylus you can use your finger. If you want to change the pen tool size, type or color, then all you need to do is tap the pen which has a star on. Normally this can be found in the lower left-hand corner of your Samsung Galaxy S9 screen. To confirm the changes a pop up will appear for the pen type, color and size, choose what you want and tap on “ADD”.

When you’ve done this, you’ll be able to write your personalized notes in any style you like. If you want to go back to the Text mode, tap the Text Icon. When you do this a text box will appear on the screen, which you can type in. When you’ve finished typing just move your block of text anywhere in the notepad you’ve created.

With the S Note App, editing your notes is easy thanks to the undo and redo actions. They can be found at the top of the screen.

You can find other feature such as recording a sketch and magnifying notes. You can also choose the cover for each category on your notes.
