How to Cancel CBS All Access on a Roku

Thanks to the proliferation of premium streaming services like CBS All Access and Netflix, it’s never been easier to cut the cord to your cable subscription. You can watch whatever they have available whenever suits you, and you don’t have to pay for equipment rental costs. And, using a device like a Roku set top box or TV, you can easily stream them from your living room.

However, not every streaming service is born equal, and sometimes you’ll want to change up your options, or just cut back on your monthly expenses. If you want to discontinue your CBS All Access subscription through your Roku device, then fear not! We’ve put together this guide so you can easily cancel it.

11/11/2021 I was charged 103.99 on my CC for ROKU for CBS Interactive 816-2728 107 DE. I do not see the CBS for Roku option on my TV. I would like to cancel this subscription. It does show up online either? What the heck? How do I get the subscription stopped?
Charles Milman says:
is Paramount+ channel… do the charges show up as CBS all-access interactive on my chk. account
Howie Mullis says:
I subscribed to CBS ALL ACCESS and was charged each month for $5.99 (plus taxes totalling $6.56 a month on my visa card. A couple of months ago the channel disappeared…no channel & no access to be able to see any shows and no way to even cancel the subscription. It was gone. But we continue to get charged for the channel that we no longer can even watch. I tried going to Roku.com to cancel the subscription, but CBS All Access didn’t show up. So, how do we cancel it if we don’t have access to the channel…it’s not there on Roku at all? I called the Roku for CBS phone number listed on my credit card billing, but all I got was a recording telling me to go online to support.roku.com. All I now want to do is get this charge off my credit card.
Pat says:
My roku does not show I have a subscription to CBS all access. I have removed it from my device but it didn’t tell say to cancel my subscription. I logged into CBS all access and it tells me that I need to cancel thru my roku. So, is my subscription cancelled by deleting it off my tv? Help
David DeLuca says:
I cancelled CBS All Access last month and this month 1/5/2021 I have a charge for $9.99 even though it shows unsubscribed on my.roku.com
Terry says:
I cancelled CBS All Access because it’s far too political for my taste. Nearly every add was bashing something about President Trump. I am so sick of all of this political crap and I don’t intend to pay to have it pushed into my home.
