Some people love using signatures with all their messages. And if you can do it with your emails, even when you are sending them from a Samsung Galaxy S8 smartphone, why shouldn’t you do it with your text messages?
That’s right, Samsung’s latest flagship lets you do just that, add a custom signature that will be automatically inserted to all your text messages. A great feature for all the texts you’ll be sending to your business contacts!
Unfortunately, new Android operating system for some devices no longer let you attach this kind of message signature automatically. But with the trick that we are about to show you, you will be able to do it in no time.
How To Add Signature To Text Messages On Samsung Galaxy S8 And Galaxy S8 Plus

  1. Go to the Home screen of your smartphone;
  2. Access the App Menu;
  3. Head to the Settings section;
  4. Access the Language & Input menu;
  5. Select the Samsung Keyboard;
  6. Scroll and find the option labeled as Text Shortcuts;
  7. Tap the Add option from the upper right corner to add a text string script as a text shortcut for your keyboard app;
    • You will need to type a text in the Quick Access field, which can be, for instance, “Signature”;
    • And another text in the Extended Text field, which will automatically appear after you have entered the Quick Access field, and which can be, for instance, “Yours sincerely, Name, First Name”;
  8. Tap on the Save button and leave the menus.

What you did was to create a special quick access command that you can use with your keyboard anytime, wherever you type a text in a window. Suffices to use the Signature shortcut from your Samsung keyboard and your Samsung Galaxy S8 message app will automatically insert your text message signature!
