  3. Click Download
  4. Wait for the download to be completed
  5. Click Back key
  6. You can choose from the list of Language you would want

Activating the Read Text Feature

Go to Home Screen > Apps > S Voice > Recent Apps then click the Set-driving mode to turn it on. In this way, the feature read text will now work using your Galaxy S9 Plus. If you wish to turn off the set-driving mode, just follow the steps and click the set-driving mode again.
