How to erase Apple Watch without iPhone

  1. Press and hold the Apple Watch side button.
  2. When you see the power down menu, Force Touch the Power Off button.
  3. Select Erase all content and settings.

  1. Turn on your iPhone.
  2. Open the Apple Watch app.
  3. Select on the My Watch tab.
  4. Select General.
  5. Select Reset.
  6. Select Erase All Content and Settings.
